I built this for the woman I used to be

After navigating my own wellness journey — motherhood in my 40s, weight struggles, hormonal shifts, and the challenge of balancing career, family, and health — I realized most women don’t need more shame, restriction, or overwhelm.

They need support. Strategy. Accountability. Education. And sustainable systems that actually work in real life.

That’s why I created Atlanta Wellness Clinic. My mission is to help women stop chasing quick fixes and start building long-term wellness from the inside out — with compassion, science-backed guidance, and tools you can actually sustain.
