Meet Catina.

Like many women, I spent years balancing career, family, stress, and the pressure to “do it all.”

I understand firsthand how difficult it can feel to prioritize your health while navigating real life.

My personal wellness journey — including becoming a mother in my 40s, navigating hormonal changes, improving my own health, losing weight, and learning how to create sustainable habits — completely changed the direction of my life and purpose.

  2. They don't need another extreme diet.
  3. And they definitely don't need to feel like they've failed.

What they need is support. Education. Accountability. And systems that actually work in real life.

That realization led me to create Atlanta Wellness Clinic. Today, my mission is to help women feel empowered in their bodies again — through practical wellness strategies, metabolic support, nutrition education, habit transformation, and sustainable lifestyle coaching.
