Refund Policy

At Atlanta Wellness Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness education, coaching, support, and client care. Due to the time, preparation, digital resources, scheduling, and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No Refund Policy
All coaching programs, nutrition audits, memberships, wellness consultations, body contouring services, digital products, workshops, challenges, and packages are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Nutrition and wellness coaching programs

Group coaching memberships
-
Habit coaching programs
-
Nutrition audits and assessments
-
Wellness challenges
-
Digital guides, downloads, and educational materials

Body contouring packages and sessions

Missed appointments or unused sessions
By purchasing services from Atlanta Wellness Clinic, clients acknowledge and agree that results are dependent upon individual participation, consistency, and personal effort, and therefore specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Service Transfers & Account Credits
In certain situations, Atlanta Wellness Clinic may, at its sole discretion, allow a client to apply previously paid funds as a credit toward another service or program.
Examples may include:

Transitioning from one coaching offer into another

Applying credit toward a membership or group program

Converting unused sessions into another approved service
Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any approved credits:

Have no cash value

Are non-transferable
-
May expire after a specified period

Cannot be redeemed for refunds
Membership Cancellations
Memberships and recurring coaching subscriptions may be canceled according to the cancellation terms outlined at the time of enrollment.
Clients are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
Appointment Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments whenever possible.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session and/or a cancellation fee.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been rendered, coaching access that has been provided, digital materials delivered, or programs already in progress.
